With over 35 years in the field, Mr. Holland brings much experience to his current role as Director, Technical Operations. In this capacity, he is deeply involved in the functional and contractual issues inherent in the management of large-scale institutional projects. His knowledge of public sector institutional design, documentation and construction issues has been developed as a result of his continued oversight role on major projects.
