VITETTA provided comprehensive master facility planning which ultimately led to architectural, engineering and interior design services for a $16M renovation and new construction project. The project includes the construction of a new bed tower, which increases SOCH's bed count from 100 to 134 beds while providing 102 replacement beds in three nursing units. Construction of the new bed tower, essential in upgrading the primary patient care facilities for the hospital, frees space for renovation and expansion of key ancillary services including the emergency room, radiology, physical therapy, chemo-oncology, outpatient services, pre-admissions testing services, and cardio/respiratory outpatient services.
