VITETTA was retained to provide full architectural design and engineering services for the University to expand the housing options for their student population. The University's new housing project includes "townhouse" type of lodging for 100 students. The design of the new housing complex features two-bedroom and four-bedroom townhouses. This unique mix of housing types is arranged in a traditional quadrangle configuration to promote a larger "sense of space" for the growing student population at St. Joseph's.
