Camden County College, New Science/Classroom Building

VITETTA has been hired to perform Programming, Design, Construction documentation, Bidding and Construction Administration for new 100,000 sf Science/Classroom Building for Camden County College. The building will house seventeen (17) new Chemistry and Biology Laboratories for the entire campus including a Surgical Suite, Nursing Arts, Health Careers and Dental Clinic along with General and Specialized Classrooms. The project is currently in the final Programming Stages and a final Schematic Plan and conceptual budget are being developed. The anticipated construction cost is $33 million. As a second phase to this project, the current 44,000 sf Science Building (Taft Hall) will be converted into Executive and Administrative Offices for the entire campus. The project has not begun the programming phase yet. The anticipated construction/renovation cost is $6.0 million.
