LaSalle University

VITETTA completed a Space Utilization Study/Building Conditions Inventory and Master Plan for the entire LaSalle campus involving 37 buildings and parcels and encompassing 83 acres. The Master Plan was then updated and revised to include the acquisition of an adjacent large tract of land and buildings for student housing and parking, and eventually included the closing of a street which bisected the campus, thus providing LaSalle the opportunity to unify the campus and establish a new symbolic gateway to the University. VITETTA has continued over the years to provide design services for a variety of LaSalle uses and buildings including a school store, administrative offices, a chapel, student housing, "townhouse" style dormitories, and a new all weather resilient track, a soccer field, and student/facility parking.
