Saint Joseph’s University, New Student Housing

VITETTA was retained to provide full architectural design and engineering services for the University to expand the housing options for their student population. The University's new housing project includes "townhouse" type lodging for 100 students. This fulfills a need for more private quarters with amenities not typically found in dormitory-style accommodation. The design of the housing complex features two-bedroom and four-bedroom townhouses which are arranged in a traditional quadrangle configuration to promote a larger "sense of space" for the growing student population at St. Joseph's University.
