One Crescent Drive, Philadelphia Naval Business Center

One Crescent Drive is the first project in a planned office community being developed in the Philadelphia Naval Business Center. It is has been accepted for LEED Platinum certification under the LEED Core and Shell Pilot Program. The building employs the latest design and construction techniques to create a community of environmentally sensitive, sustainable designed office buildings. The project is designed to meet the requirements for several Innovation and Design credits including extensive use of local, regional and recycled materials; diversion of 95% of construction waste materials; green housekeeping program and tenant performance standards; innovative use of reflective paving and shading techniques to reduce non-roof heat islands and storm water recharge from parking with natural bio-swales.
