VITETTA’s Healthcare Program comprises a core group of professionals specifically focused on the complexities of the design of healthcare facilities and research & science facilities.
Over the history of the firm, the Healthcare Program has developed expertise to support all of the professional design needs of our clients. We offer specialties such as conceptual development of master plans, space and facilities programming, lab planning, Certificate of Need documentation and analysis of existing facilities for code and energy efficiency compliance, along with the “traditional” architectural and engineering services, from schematic design through construction administration.
The Healthcare Program has completed over $600 million in healthcare facilities construction nationwide over the last 10 years, ranging in size and scale from projects of less than $100,000 to projects well over $30 million.
But what distinguishes VITETTA from other firms is that we work with our clients: we create with our clients a “small firm” feel, with all the responsiveness and team spirit you would expect of a small firm backed by the many resources available within a large firm.
Members of the group maintain active memberships in over 70 professional organizations—including the American Hospital Association, the American Society of Hospital Engineers, American Institute of Architects, National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Planning Association.
VITETTA’s wide range of project experience has enabled us to develop strong expertise in all aspects of planning, design and construction administration for healthcare, science and research facilities such as:
