VITETTA’s Security & Technology Design Program brings over 85 years of combined security experience in solving some of today’s most complex security issues.  While maximizing safety and security has always been a consideration on all VITETTA projects, it has become critically important in projects that require transitioning security operations. VITETTA has the ability to create phased implementation plans that maximize security and minimize the impacts on staff. Understanding the todays threats, and providing our clients, with practical, cost effective solutions has become the cornerstone of our success.

VITETTA’s knowledge and application of current technologies, including Access Control and Denial, Video Surveillance, Biometric devices, Intrusion Detection, Programmable Logic Controllers, Blast mitigation, and CBRNE detection and protection systems allow us to address today’s security challenges, and ensure the systems we design do not fall victim to planned obsolescence. In addition, our ability to adapt existing technologies with new, has afforded our clients the ability to expand on past security investments, without the need to continually make capital expenditures to address current and evolving operational needs. All of our designs incorporate the integration of components to provide a user friendly, low maintenance, non proprietary system.

No potential security countermeasure can be achieved purely by electronic detection devices.  VITETTA understands that only through a careful balance of physical and electronic security, staffing plans and adequate policies and procedures, can a Security Enhancement Program be effective. The knowledge and understanding of specific facility types, geographic location, and type of facility all play a vital role in meeting required security objectives. Once the security operational aspects are established, the use of applied technologies serves to enhance the facility and maximize security, safety and staff utilization.
