Mr. Keller has over 19 years experience in architecture, interior design, and construction management and has established a successful record of project direction. As Program Director of Library Planning and Design, Mr. Keller administers the project throughout using sound financial and project control standards and ensures the technical and design quality of all work performed. Mr. Keller directs and approves design concepts and aids in client approval of each phase of project completion.
